Terms and Conditions

 

Delivery

We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your device to the premises stated by you, by the advertised delivery date. For the avoidance of doubt you acknowledge that the delivery date is not guaranteed or of the essence of these Terms & Conditions and that we shall in no circumstances be liable to you for any losses, damages or charges incurred by you due to the late delivery of your order. If any delay is under our control we will notify you of that delay as soon as possible.

Please inspect the return of your device immediately upon delivery and in all cases inform us in writing within 7 (seven) days of delivery of any damage, shortages or non delivery of the order. This does not affect your rights as a consumer.


Payment Options

We accept most forms of UK debit and credit card at no extra charge. If we are unable to fix, service or upgrade your device, there will be a no fix, no fee policy in place to protect you from unecessary charges.



Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We operate a simple, straightforward returns policy. If your device does not function immediately after you take delivery of it, we will take it back and diagnose and fix it, free of charge. 

If you are returning a serviced, upgraded or fixed PC System due to a suspected issue we will then arrange for a free collection of the system as well as a free service, repair and delivery if needed.


Cancellation of service

This Cancellation Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of service provided by BitFix (“we”, “us”, “our”). By sending your device to us for inspection,  upgrades and/or repair, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellation.


1. Right to Cancel

1.1 You have the right to cancel your request at any time before repair work begins.
1.2 Once you have authorised us to proceed with a repair, and we have commenced work, you may still cancel, but you will remain liable for charges as outlined in Section 3 below.


2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

2.1 If you cancel before any work has started, you will be charged a flat cancellation and handling fee of £35.
2.2 This fee covers:

  • Initial inspection and diagnostics of your device;

  • Administrative and processing costs;

  • Packaging and insured return delivery of your device.

3. Cancellation After Repair Work Has Commenced

3.1 If you cancel after repair work has commenced, you will be liable for:

  • The flat cancellation and handling fee of £35; and

  • The cost of any parts ordered or installed; and

  • A reasonable charge for labour carried out up to the point of cancellation.

4. Return of Device

4.1 Your device will be returned to you once all outstanding fees, including the cancellation fee, have been paid in full.
4.2 If payment is not received within 30 calendar days of notice, we reserve the right to treat the device as abandoned and to dispose of it in accordance with UK consumer law.


5. Delivery Costs

5.1 The return delivery of your device is included in the cancellation fee unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Where special delivery arrangements are requested by you, any additional costs will be your responsibility.
